Influenced by her training in traditional Catalan family cooking, Teresa has taken to the kitchen with a clear objective: to use the best products from her family's land in Algerri (Lleida) to create recipes as tasty as those of her grandmothers and her mother, but even healthier and more natural. The desire to learn more led her to travel around Europe and the United States, analysing the different variants of vegetarian cuisine. In addition to being an expert in cooking with vegetable and natural products for more than forty years, she is also the author of outstanding books, such as La cuina del cel, receptes de cuina vegetariana, recipes for vegetarian cuisine, and has extensive experience in advising on the creation of other healthy restaurants.
